K24 swap fg2 HELP

I recently bought a 2006 fg2 with a k24 swap from an 06 tsx.
What I’ve been told by the previous owner.
Completely stock k24
Kept the intake manifold, exhaust and trans from the k20z
No ecu re-flash or anything like that.

The fact that it was running well when I bought it makes me think the ecu had to have been messed with somewhat.

It ran well for about 2 weeks and all of a sudden horrible misfire on all four cylinders and all misfire codes along with it.
Was able to baby it all the way home. I will not even attempt to drive it the way it is.
Pulled the plugs and there showing very lean.
Replaced them to no avail.
Assuming I need to get hondata reflash or kpro.
Have no idea where to begin. So any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
