Yeah I like the lack of codes in this one. So now I know for the future. I've honestly never tried it, but when you mentioned no problems with the other one I sort of went with it. I should have known better. Anyways, we're on the right track. I am going to have you make another one on the 0* cam angle again just to confirm everything. I smoothed out the fuel tables on the low cam to make them more linear, and the WOT fuel I used from that datalog. So take this one for a 20 minute drive and we'll see how it looks. Then we can move on to the next cam angle. I like to make sure the 0* cam angle is solid on these before we move on.

smashing yeah one of those things bud be my fault trying to throw a tune off a completely different car lol you should see the parts i order by mistake at least thats what i tell the wife hahah. so went for another hoon felt the different in delivery little smoother, managed a few 3rd gear pulls so fingers crossed iv gave some good info on the data log.,

Yeah it's not too bad, I made a bunch of change to the part throttle fuel and the WOT fuel was almost dead on. We will now move to the 15* cam angle with vtec at 4500. Take this one for a spin when you can, again shoot for 20 minutes and at least one third gear WOT pull.

You're on your own with the wife, don't get me involved. Haha.

yeah only gonna get better, felt a little more roar and pull this time. chose a horrid road for the start far to bumpy and full of potholes. but made sure to get a solid pull in at the end bit naughty lol. thanks again bob

Looks pretty good. We will now move to the 30* cam angle with vtec up at 5500. Take this one for the same type of datalog with the third gear pull.

nice one bud . yeah the vtec is pulling a lot stronger whoop whoop. had to cut the data logging short as the traffic marshalls where out in force on my fav little strech of road thank god i cloked them as i had just done 3rd gear hardpull mile down the road which the must have herd lol. did my best ali g impressission in 6th gear and snuck home lol

oh the joys

loving the progress cant wait for next revision

Yeah it's looking really good. We will now do one on the 30* cam angle with vtec at 4000. We move it around to find the optimal vtec rpm and tune fuel before and after that rpm. Take this one for a spin when you can.

so got good pulls in at the end couldent resit doing a 4rth gear pull also the car is certianley coming alive . thank you again she even sounds better hahah maybe just me

Looks good. We will now move to the 40* cam angle with vtec back up to 5500 again. For these next few datalogs, we only need 10 minute datalogs as we really only need a clean third gear pull. If you want to make 20 minute datalogs you can, just saying they only need to be 10 minutes with a clean third gear pull. The 40* cam isn't amazing on part throttle, but WOT it will pull nicely in the midrange but fall off up top.

she was still warm so jumped straight back in coudlent help myself on such a stunning day. couple of good pulls in her. just wish i hadnt jumped out the car and smashed my phone , thems the breaks.....

oh more fun happy days been enjoying feeling the different angle and taking on a little more understanding of how they work and what they work cant wait to put it all together,

managed to avoid the rosser's there everywhere my way today passed to traffics literally 30 seconds after my pulls lol

and back in time for the start of the grand prix , lets go verstapin!!!

ps ah yes the second screen in space of a month near the end of contract so may upgrade as long as i can get my stuff off will be winning lol

Looks solid again. So now I will blend out the part throttle cam angle mapping, for the WOT, I am putting it on 45* in the midrange to see how much it likes. So it should fell pretty strong, but not 100% perfect. There is no point to have you drive around on the 45*, so I only add it in a small area to see how much it likes. For this one, it can be another 10 minute datalog. After this one, I will blend it all out and we'll see how it runs. Vtec will be at 4500 on this one.

verstapin nailed it on the first corner set his race what a win. shame honda all be it in red bull guise should stick around f1, they keep completing it then leaving just like the brawn days.lol

so got the new mapp installed and befour datalogging thought id have a run to the shops. miserable wet stickning day.

impressions - My of my does she want to pull in vtec lol struggling to find grip and she deffo kept me on my toes lol

so the data log is a little longer as i strugglred to find some road to get on it, then found my opening naughty 4th gear pull NICE..

also took the vsc off at the end and got a third gear pull but was concesious that it will have been kicking in to stop wheel spin at earlier pulls

Yeah it looks great. It liked pretty much all that 40* cam angle we had in it. So I touched up the fuel a tiny bit, honestly it was almost dead on. Take this one for a spin when you can.
