Hi,
Need some help here. My car is a 2018 Type R with the following mods:
1. Full-Race Honda FK8 CTR turbo kit with a Garrett G25-660 turbo 0.72AR
2. Full-Race intake system (as part of above)
3. ... PRL exhaust (front pipe) & Greddy Supreme exhaust system
4. PRL Intercooler
5. Hondata Fuel System Upgrade
My calibration (done by someone I engaged) and 2 logs, are attached.
My queries...
a. Given that the Full-Race intake pipe diameter where the stock MAF sits is larger than stock, what should I be selecting for intake? Under "Mods" the "Stock Intake" was selected. I believe this to be incorrect. Anyway, what Intake is equivalent to the Full-Race intake System?
b. Should calibrating the (Sensors/AFM)"AFM flow" be done first? Or will intake selection (in para a) absolve my need to calibrate it?
c. I have set my (Boost Control)Air Charge Limits to be 220% between 5000~7000rpm. I am unable to achieve this - most I can hit is 210% (see log). Is the "incorrect" AFM calibration or wrong intake selection, limiting this AirC ?
d. Lastly, under (Fuel) Fuel Trim/ Overall Fuel Trim, I believe there is no need for this to set at 3.99% (see calibration), given that release notes had stated to be set at Zero if injector size is correct. Or did the tuner do this, to compensate for the mistake made in para a. (above) ?
Thank you for your assistance.

Re: AFM setting & Boost AirC limits
I don't know what other intakes may be similar, but you can try starting with the calibrations that are for a full race intake and tune from there.
Yes you would need to make sure that the AFM is properly tuned before doing anything else.
Don't worry about this until other things are tuned correctly.
You would need to discuss this with the tuner.
