S300v3 - Solid CEL

All Capacitors Replaced by Nomis Ind

I recently upgraded to an S300 and I'm facing some issues when I loaded a fresh itr basemap with some parameter changed:
*ELD was disabled but would still throw a code 20, but error was not seen in Smanager (ghost code?)
*After reloading a new itr basemap with the same parameters I now have a solid CEL with no errors detected in Smanager (MIL shows 'ON' under sensors)

Any Ideas?

Have you tried the ECU in a known working vehicle?

Yes, the issue did NOT follow once installed in a known working vehicle-- No solid CEL
Reinstalled back into my vehicle-- Solid CEL Returns

It sounds like there may be a wiring related issue.
