15' Civic si not detecting ECU

Hi, I just got my Hondata and I am new to tuning. The car is stock other than a CAI. I haven't done anything with the ECU before. I went through all the steps however for some reason the Flashpro cannot detect my ECU. I double checked that my ECU part number is compatible with the Flashpro model I got. Everything is detected other than the ECU. I did try resetting the ECU and that didn't work for me. Not really sure what else I can do.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

I’m not at my laptop now, but it is the newest version of the software. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the software and the usb drivers. No luck.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
