Won't download tune

I have a 2007 civic si. New laptop won't download tune getting this error access violation 00c9138

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Do you have internet access when using the software?

3.9.3.0 with or with out internet its doing the same thing

Are you able to upload a new calibration?

No when I plug the fp into the laptop its says calibrations stored from a previous version and recommended to re upload with this version. I hit yes and I get access violation

click no instead and then just go to the online menu and download the calibration from there.

If you go to the FlashPro button, then the calibrations tab will it allow you to delete the calibrations from there. You should then be able to close that window and upload your calibration.

I deleted it. Open my saved tune and nothing comes up and the uploaded button won't let me click it

I can't risk not being able to apply my tune to the car. Its heavly modified an running e85
