Upgrade from V1 to V4 will my current tune be saved

If I send my ecu in for upgrade from V1 to V4 can my tune be saved and put back on new upgrade?

You should make sure you have the calibration saved on your laptop prior to upgrading then you can reupload it once you get it back and register it.
