Serial number issue

Hi, I'm trying to connect s300 to my laptop VIA Bluetooth. Its asking me for a PIN and I'm entering the serial number as written on the side on the box, AND on the chip itself. And it keeps saying that the PIN is incorrect? Please help I'm stumped!!!

Click on the s300 button at the top in the software, then click on the Bluetooth tab. You can change the pin there.
