I just got my K24 turbo back from the dyno, my afr's are very rich. 11.5 on the stock wideband tsx and when I installed an AEM they were reading at 10.0. I also swapped another KPRO into the car and got the same results.
Both values are at the very lowest end of what the sensors can read. I also swapped the stock wideband with a known good stock wideband same results.
Do I have a stuck injector? A wiring issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I talked with them, they were not quite sure why its doing this. Even once I got the car back from them it was working correctly sitting at its commanded AFR. Now it is rich at all times, and throttle tip in the car almost stalls. When it gets revved up the AFRS go lean.

You should take it back to the tuner to have them take a look at it as it could be any number of things.

Looking more into this, on the datalog the MAP sensor value doesn't seem to be changing with RPMs. Does it look like a bad MAP sensor? I have another one ordered.

Could be a map sensor, the wiring, or it is not in the correct location to read the vacuum and pressure. It's really hard to diagnose the cause of the reading based only on the datalog.

The MAP sensor location is in intake manifold after the throttle body (Kmiata Intake manifold with machined port for MAP sensor). I have checked continuity of the ground and I am getting 5 volts on the power wire, I have not checked continuity from the signal to the ecu pin (I will look this up and check this as well). My MAP sensor is a Hondata 3 Port.
Would this MAP sensor or wiring issue most likely be my cause for extremely rich AFRs? I have sent my injectors out to fuel injector clinic to be checked as well.

That is not a MAP sensor, that is a boost controller that you are describing as a Hondata 3 port.
If a MAP sensor is wired incorrectly even for a split second it will damage it and it will have to be replaced.

What has been changed on the vehicle since it was last working?
