Purchased from: Revline Motors, December 2021 (new installation this week)
Specific description of the problem:
Car starts fine with stock ECU. When PPA K-pro ECU is plugged in, fuel pump does not prime and car turns over but does not start despite having the 'Enable Immobilizer' box unchecked in the attached KAL. Ignition indicator in Kmanager shows 'off' when key is turned on (). Also notice ODBII sensor won't connect with Kpro ECU while it works with stock ECU. Worried ECU or Kpro unit is damaged. Burnt electrical smell coming from ECU on first attempt to startup when PGM-FI main relays were not installed. I don't have access to another vehicle to test the ECU in.

What is the stock ECU part number?
Can you open the ECU and see if anything is burned?
An 06 CRV harness is not compatible.

Yeah, it is fried. You can see scorching around and bubbling / cracks through D268 on the far top right corner of the circuit board.
I should have got the 02-04 RSX program instead of the 05-06 RSX anyway since I'm using a low frequency transmission and VSS wired directly to the gauge cluster. I have a spare PND-A14 already. Can I send it in with my existing unit and have the K-Pro 4 board installed on the PND ECU for the 02-04 RSX?

A pnd-A14 cannot be used as it is not compatible.
It sounds like some part have been used that are not compatible and that has damaged the ECU. The K-Pro may also be damaged.

My current 2003 CRV manual work great with PRB ecu and the k24A2.
Dyno tuned all function work!
You need to convert your harness/car to 02-04 specs.
I recently purchased 2005 crv and i'm gonna convert it to cable throttle and older cruise control.
VSS is already wired the old way to the cluster.
