Full Throttle Shift Question

:?: I want to set full throttle shift @ 6200rpm and have rev limiter @ 9500rpm.

My question is.. if i put the clutch switch on D6 does that mean when I put the clutch down ill have a temp rev limiter of 6200rpm? and when i release the limiter will go back to 9500rpm??
