Kpro v4 D1 Flashing red

I purchased a kpro v4 from Humble performance for my RSX 04 type a ecu, I plugged my laptop into the board and D2 turned green for a split second then immediately started flashing red. When I open up the moor manager ignition is off and it is not online. Car is in ignition so it should be powered. I removed the board carefully from the ecu and plugged it into the laptop and D1 was still flashing red. What is going on? Thank you

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

I have the most recent version 4.5.1.0 of kpro, serial number on the sticker says 57716

This was sold as an install kit by Humble and it could be an installation issue. You will need to contact them to have them take a look at this for you.

They haven’t responded, messaged them days ago, D1 flashes red and occasionally stops and turns green then resumes flashing red, it says ignition is off and won’t let me record or data log. Could I get any help through here or does Humble have to help me ?

Yes Humble will need to take a look at this for you. Have you tried calling them?
