- serial number of the s300 inside the ECU
57724
- version of software being used (Help, About)
2.7.8.0
- the calibration (as an attachment) - a datalog of a problem (as an attachment) - what sort of vehicle you have
crx vtec ee8 obdo to obd1
- what sort of ECU you are using
P28G02
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc)
. fully build B16a1:JE forged pistons,darton sleeves,K1 forged H beam rods,bc stage2 turbo cams,power division dub springs,skunk2 stainless flat valves,titanium retainers,ferro valve guides precision pt5558 turbo,ramhorn manifold,tail wastegate 38 mm,competition clutch stage 5,lsd,ported b16a1 head,ARP main and headstuds,stock intake,stock mapsensor,msd al6 ignition with external blaster ss coil,grams 1000cc injectors,aem 30-0300 wideband on B6(removed resistors)acl bearings and stock cranck 3/2,5"' rvs piping,60*35 intercooler hks blowoff and ngk resistor cabels,ngk bkr 7e n11 vpower bougies, hondata s300 v3 on p28G02 ecu.
- a specific description of the problem
the problem is i cant get the afr on idle not normal(cold 9.90 and warm 11,40)and if i try to use fueltrim to correct than nothing changes in the afr around idle, the rest off the table does somthing but also not as it should i think.does anyone know something about this?>?or how to solve this???

Re: Running rich on idle
Are you using the correct dead times for the injectors you have?
Has this been tuned on the dyno?
Has this been tuned on the dyno?

Re: Running rich on idle
yes i have the right death times they came with the injectors ,no the car is not being on the dyno yet because i want that everything works as it should be,and if i came by the dyno i know that it will be for nothing because the car is not realy tuneable and my previous p28 did the afr at 14.7 .the first p28 was from hamotorsports and it was defect ,the fuelpump did not prime at first,so i repaired it but i thought another thing was not good so i bought another unopened p28g02 and installed the s300 from the other p28 in this one.i did cut j12 and replaced the capacitors and placed j1.i can upload and datalog and everything works as it should be
Re: Running rich on idle
The dead times may be incorrect if you are making large changes to the fuel values and it is not having much effect on the fueling. Larger injectors do not always respond well a very low opening times like at idle.

Re: Running rich on idle
i found a way to tune in closed loop,in closed loop it works when i put the short and long terms set to 0 ,but its not as it shoud be so is there a reasen that it acts like this in open loop?is it the ecu or the hondata?
Re: Running rich on idle
IT does not appear to be a problem with the ECU or the Hondata. It is the combination of parts and is tuning related.

Re: Running rich on idle
i know that the car should not act like this in openloop,in openloop ican change the fuel table but nothing changes as it should be and in closed loop with trims at 0 it works as it should be .i found more people with this problem only not a solution, but i tune in closed loop then it works but i find the whole hondata system not very stable in order to all the problems ive seen from many people here
