hondata trouble need help

Just put hondata in my car starts but sputters under part throttle. Engine light also coming. When I check for codes cel light goes out quikly then stays on. I can't maintain any rpms and somtimes the engine cuts out for a second. Anyone else have this problem, any help will be good. Also I checked all the ecu connections plus the chip is in the right way.

I figured out what the problem was its a bad chip.
