No problem. That one looked great. We will do one on the 40* cam angle. For this one, you can make a ten minute datalog if you'd like. We're mostly just looking to see the third gear WOT pull. You can drive it for twenty minutes if you'd like, but ten is plenty including a third gear pull.

Also I have a question. If more cam is used to make the most power. What does that mean. For example is it working harder to make the power or it just means all engines are different.

Looks great again. So we are done with the locked cam angles, now we blend it out and see how it feels. I am going to run the 45* cam angle in vtec to see how much of the 45* cam angle it likes. So this is a glimpse of the overall product, but not 100%. After this next datalog, I will finish building the cam angle map based on the data. So this one can be another ten minute datalog, just be sure to get a clean third gear pull like you have been.

Wow, it actually liked a lot of the 45* cam angle. Haha. Your car is really strong. So I've gone in and made the final tweaks to the cam angle map. It's very close to that last one, but I made some small changes. Take this one for a twenty minute drive and at least one clean third gear pull, but feel free to have some more fun with it if you want. I lowered vtec down to 4100, see what you think with it there. She's been knock free almost the whole time, so we're really close to being there already.

Yeah the parts seem to be working well together. You're welcome, yeah it's fun to work on cars as consistent as yours. Granted you have a lot of octane which is nice and I have conservative timing in it, but it's fun when everything goes smooth. The Virtual Dyno software is showing around 220whp as is, which isn't too bad. Granted you have to take that with a grain of salt, but your last pull was really smooth on the software. For simple but quality mods, that's pretty good. I have another guy who purchased a Rev9 exhaust, now I'm curious to see how good his looks.

Anyways, we're pretty much there. Part throttle and idle trims looked great, WOT fuel I made a couple small adjustments, and no knock. Here is the next one. I'm just splitting hairs at this point, so take it for a spin when you want and we will see how it looks. No rush. I only have one more trick which is a different pedal map, which we can try in the next calibration after this one if you want.

!!! Unreal minimum of 220 whp on the virtual dyno is impressive! Without bigger TB or ported IM. Very glad about those number and my engine shows up strong.
About the Rev9 its pretty good considering the price and material used. Although 1 OP on one of the forums did complain about the canister or muffler not being on par with the Original Full race 3 inch. but ill let you know if any part of the exhaust takes a dump.
Honestly man i would take my time with the datalogging process.. but im worried Elon Musk will call you with a job offer and you would have to fly out tonight and you wouldnt be able to finish my tune. So just to be safe.. llol
Okay so attached is Rev7 log.
Car felt amazing. on point no issues
*ONE thing to mention, i have a 2nd redline shift to 3rd and i heard a big clunk. im sure its not the tune. sounded like a rock being throw at the oil pan from my track tires. Can you just check if anything weird pops up after that 2nd to 3rd shift. pls n ty.

And alright not sure what a pedal map is but if its beneficial lol

Yeah that's not too bad for power. You have to take it with a grain of salt, but still sounds promising for your dyno tune.

Good to know about the Rev9. He was saying a lot of people compared it to the Full Race, so interesting comparison you brought up.

I've been awaiting Elon's call for a few years now. Haha.

The datalog looks great. I think you may have run over something in second gear and it caused a false knock. It shouldn't knock in second gear, especially when you've done so may third and fourth gear pulls. But it does look like maybe you hit something and it was pretty loud to record that. Other than that it looks killer, take that same calibration for another drive when you have time, we might be there. And we'll double check for no knock again of course.

Hey, alright today was confusing but successful lol.
1- prime o2 sensor put in the downstream location where all 4 cylinders can be read.
2- the knock was from the secondary o2 sensor which was taken out and zip tied and broke lose and was banging against metal lol
3- the datalog is from newly positioned o2 sensor so no 3rd gear pull even tho it would of been safe im sure
4- no need to retune but im greatful for the support and great customer service, dyno tune this week :)

Ahh that makes sense. Nice move on relocating the primary to the secondary hole, I recommend the same thing to guys where the primary only sniffs two cylinders. You can put the second o2 sensor in the primary hole so you don't have to tie it up. The second o2 is turned off in the tune, and I know your tuner will do the same thing.

The datalog looks good. Have fun on the dyno and enjoy the car. You're welcome!
