Hi Hondata,
Is there a need to disable IACV in Hondata if I were to delete the IAC Valve?
Will simply unplug the IACV connector at the valve throw a CEL?
It's a KPRO V4 on PND.
Thank you.

Re: K20A IACV Delete
Yes it will give an error. Why are you removing it?
Re: K20A IACV Delete
It’s a circuit car and only live it’s life on the track.
The IACV stuck open during the last track day. We tried to free the spindle up with carb cleaner spray but it just stuck open. We had to use duct tape to made temporary gasket to temporarily seal off the IACV.
Just want to simplify the engine with less unnecessary parts.

You'll have more problems without idle speed control than with the idle valve. Pull the electrical part off the mechanical part, scrape out the gunk, apply some carb cleaner, chuck in a drill and spin it for a bit. If it doesn't work after than it is faulty.
If you really what to remove it and disable the error then do so in KManager.
