Trouble with datalogs

I was doing remote tuning and had no problems with downloading the datalog from the Flashpro until now. I hit save as and the download bar appears and completes but don't find the file anywhere. Restarted laptop, left Flashpro unplugged, un installed and reinstalled Flashpro Manager, updated FlashPro. Anyone who has had this problem and been able to resolve it? It's a Flashpro for a 2015 Civic SI

When you choose save as, where on the hard drive are you saving the files?

To the desktop. Same as all previous files.
