I was reading the installation data about installing the hondata into my jdm bb6 type s prelude.
I have owned a bb4 with a s200 and I loved it, now that I have my type s I would automaticly move back to the hondata.
I have a ATTS system that puts torque up to 80% of power to one wheel and will turn round corners beter than any other prelude.
BUT hondata looks like they dont support it.
if disabled then the car turns into single spinner. (which wont be a very good track car!)
Anyone come across this problem? what did yous do?
I thought that I might be able to run 2 ecu's, 1st one the hondata controling every thing, and 2nd to just run the atts system. does this sound plausable?
(I dont know what information the atts system needs)
if I spliced the standard loom and run all the input wires to standard and hondata and all output wires to engine from hondata and only output from standard ecu was atts.
This probably wont work, but I was wondering what hondata techy people thought?
Thanks Jade
p.s otherwise I will have to get individual piggy back units eg(vafc, ignition control unit, launch control/flat shifting) And I still wont have the features of the hondata.
