Brand New Kpro

Hello, I recently got a brand new Kpro installed on my base 04 RSX. I asked the authorized dealer to put on a base map prior to me taking the ecu home and he did that. Once i plugged my ECU back up it would not rev over 2.5K. This car has been my daily for 7 years and didn’t have any issues prior to getting kpro installed. I asked a friend with kmanager to come check it out and see if they could get into it, but it said it was offline and would not allow him to data log. It just kept closing his kmanager. Car hasn’t had any prior issues so just looking for some resolution. The car turns on, idles, no CEL, but it won’t rev for whatever reason. Help? Thanks

What is the serial umber that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

Uploaded a new map and it worked. Very unusual because when the authorized dealer plugged it up it didn’t have any visual issues, installed a new map and plugged it in, no problems.
