cel code 20 and bad sputter

I dont know if anyone has experienced this but if im driving at around 4 grand and punch it the car almost dies then comes back to life like a raped ape spinning tires and everything. I have a 96 gsr with hondata S200, obd conversion. As far as the check engine light the only code coming up is the ELD. Thanks, Alex

The ELD would not cause this problem, but you may want to look at the datalogs of your car and the might help you pinpoint the problem area. It could also be a tuning issue with throttle tip in.
