I found the issue. The injectors they sent are for the R18. Ordering replacements now.

Yeah the duty cycle was definitely lower, it just tickled 91% at 8400. However your AFR is extremely lean now in the 17:1 - 20:1 range which is not good. That's what I was worried about in using my file. It's now trying to add 45% fuel at part throttle because of the lean condition. So there is still something wrong mechanically somewhere. I would definitely go back to your Rev6 until you get it checked out.
That would do it. If you are having to buy injectors, you might think about ordering the RDX injectors and the clips so you can cover your future mods no problem. Then I can help you clean up the tune for the RDXs. Either way, with stock 310s or RDXs, it will need some big changes to get it back to dialed.

I'm thinking I may want even bigger injectors than the RDX's. I plan on being somewhere around 450whp.

Gotcha. Sounds good, you'll probably want to hit up E-Tunez then for the retune. I don't do a lot of bigger injector stuff, especially remotely, so I wouldn't be too much help. I can probably help you get it going, but cold start and all that is tough. Especially depending on which brand injectors you choose and how big you go. Some changes will need to be made to the tune before you even start it based on how much fuel is in the tables and the bigger injectors. So keep that in mind so you don't have any issues.
