2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring

I recently purchased the Flashpro for a 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring. I installed the Tuned 91 Octane calibration and caused a check engine light relating to an emissions code and can no longer switch driving modes Normal Sport and Econ as they show unavailable. Please provide any help or direction.

When you datalog, what is the error code that is reported?
