K-manager shows "Online | Ignition OFF" when ignition is in ON position

Car has been k24a2 swapped. Using a combination of TSX and Base RSX harness, K-Tuned 01-05 civic conversion harness (C101 Adapter).
Kpro purchased used in late September, 2021 from someone in Ontario.

Problem:
Seeing "Ignition OFF" when key is in ON position in Kmanager. Have followed some advice from other posts about the issue, wiring harness was continuity checked before the engine was installed in the car.

Civic E plug has been untouched except for fuel pump relay pin, it has been moved from E1 to E10 because of the PRC ecu.

Pin E9 shows 12V when key is in ON position. However when the ECU is plugged in, the main relay does not power up, and no fuel pump. Voltmeter shows ~2V on ECU plug A2 and A3 when ignition is on. Main relay (the blue one in the em2) bench tested good.

Wiring harness has been pinned according to the 2002-2004 RSX ECU pinouts.

Grounds: Initially had one ground strap from battery negative to chassis, and one strap from the chassis to the front left valve cover nut and the harness ground strap on the front right valve cover nut. Added more grounds, now have a strap running from transmission to drivers side chassis rail, rear left valve cover nut to firewall, and front left valve cover nut to chassis/negative battery strap. Also have moved the engine harness ground back to the RBB manifold where it is originally on the TSX. Still no luck.

Other information - PRC Ecu arrived in the original PRC case, but I swapped the board over to the D17 PLM case to retain the factory mounting location under the dash... maybe caused issues while changing the board over?

Information seen in the ECU shows me there was a "2006 K20Z RSX with cold air intake -dyno tuned" calibration uploaded to it on 2021-06-26, before I purchased the ECU. I have no ability to erase the ecu or upload any new calibrations to it in the state that it is in.

Are there any big things I may have missed while checking my wiring? I am new to k series wiring but after all of this checking I am almost completely convinced the ECU is damaged. I know nobody with an RSX or Kswap vehicle, and have reached out, but nothing yet, so I have *yet* to test this ECU in a known good car.

You need to test this ECU on a known working vehicle to see if it works as it should. This way you know if it is the ECU or a problem with the wiring of your vehicle. This was installed by Xenocron Tuning 8 years ago. It could be an issue with the ECU socketing. You may want to contact them to see if they can test and if need be replace the ECU.

Update:
Got in contact with Xenocron Tuning. They say most likely the core ECU itself is damaged and offered to do a Kpro swap to a new core if I send it in along with a new core.

I have tracked down an 03 MT CRV ECU (PPA), the Kpro ECU reference suggests that all PPA ecus from manual CRVs are Kpro compatible. Is this accurate or are there certain exceptions to that like the PRB/PND type ECUS?

Also, Xenocron Tuning is located in New York, and I am located in Nova Scotia. There are only two Hondata dealers here, Ntyce Motorsports and Raven Autosports. Is this "Kpro swap" service something that would be offered across all Hondata dealers, or only specific ones?

The PPA ECU can be used.

Any dealer listed as a K-Pro installer should be able to do it for you.
