my mistake!!!! I downloaded this at a friends house and before I down loaded it to the Hondata, I showed him a bunch of the calibration pages. I think I might have changed something by accident. Rebooted rev.17 and it feels completely different than last night. I can't find the brand that I bought, but I am still going to do a datalog with the oem, why not?
EFICU wrote: Mon Sep 06, 2021 9:19 am None of the knock were captured in a datalog, they all happened before you pressed the datalog button. As far as a stutter, we haven't had an issue for 20 revisions, so double check all the work you've done to the intake over the last few days and make sure it's all good and tight. For now, go back one revision and test for the stutter on that file. If the stutter remains, it's something mechanical. The only difference between Rev17 and Rev16 was some high cam fuel adjustments of a percent or two, nothing that would introduce a stutter all the sudden. So, load Rev16 back in and test that one. If the stutter is still present, check all your work on the intake and make sure everything is good.

As far as coils, I didn't know you were running different coils. Which coils are you running?

And here's a datalog with the oem coilpacks.

Yeah it all looks good again. I don't see any positives or negatives to the coil packs either way in the datalog, so run whichever you'd like. Other than that though, the fueling looked dead on in WOT, part throttle trims are great, and no knock.

That's the best time and MPH so far right? Not by a whole lot, but some. How how was it at the track?

Perfect weather, except for a little head/side wind. The track wasn't to busy.
Next time I need to lower my launch rpm's, 4300 was still to high. I wheel hopped half way through 1st and ran 15.1 for the loss. I'm starting to think when I had the launch control set to 4000 and it bogged, I might have left traction control on. I'm going to try around 3800 and adjust from there. And I am still short shifting a bit.

Not bad at all, the cooler weather will help you a lot. The big one though is you're getting better off the line, your 60ft time is almost 2/10ths quicker than your other runs. Keep working on your launches, it looks like you're getting better based on the slips. The MPH is similar, but your 60ft times are helping you a lot.

Thanks. Today the car ran great all day and after I fill the tank, the car started shutting down around 4000 rpms. Half the lights on the dash are on and I found code P2647 VTEC Oil pressure switch circuit high voltage. Could this be bad gas, I was low on oil and I filled it.

I'm starting with an oil change and flushing the system with a short but strong cleaning with seafoam. We'll see how that does first.

No this won't have anything to do with bad gas. I've never had personal experience with this, but you will most likely need to replace a part in the vtec or or VTC oil control. I am going to guess that it would be the VTC oil control unit as your cam angle is locked on 0*. This reaffirms why I try to tune cam angles individually on these cars, because right now you have no cam rotation at all and it's running on the 0* cam angle map only. Since we tuned the 0* cam angle individually, everything looks fine for fueling. Had we not tuned each cam angle individually, your fuel trims and stuff would be all over the place.

Have you made a new datalog after adding oil, or this datalog is after adding oil?

You should be fine to drive on it, but I would recommend no WOT stuff at all. I don't know how much worse the problem can get, so not sure how much you should drive it.

Here are a couple links which I am sure you've looked at in your search, but if not, here you go.

The oil change is done now, but I couldn't get the lights to go away. I disconnected the battery again before I take it for a drive. Worked for a minute when I went for oil. I think I just had the sensor replace a year and a half ago. I watched one vid and I saw the next step, checking the screen and maybe replace the sensor again.
