crx b16 crank no start?

I just recently bought a 88 crx hf and a b16a 30k motor from japan. I bolted it in, wired it with the hasport jumper harness to the pr0 ecu that came with the block. I got crank, spark, fuel pressure (not sure how much). I am just woundering what to check next. Kind of at a stand still. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

check to see if your spark plugs are wet. may be flooded. smell your oil too. other than that have you compression tested your motor? also you may want to use a known working ecu.
