300 wont up load new calibration

hi so im having issues with my s300 v3 unit it wont let me upload a base map to my ecu it is greyed out

firmware version number is 2.7.6
serial for the unit is 57389
on the bottom left it says driver and even when the ignition is off it also say online. to my understanding it should say online after ignition is turned on
the ecu is a p28 that came pre soceted with the s300 from a person on ebay im using a cjs wiring obd1 harness with everything hooked up to my stock car harness i get power to my lights and clock ect its a h23jdm swaped crx any help would be greatly appreciated also the laptop im uusing has only usb 3.0 ports and wasnt sure if that could be the cause also on win 10

The seller is not a Hondata dealer, the products may not be genuine, we are not going to support them. I'd ask for your money back.

Have you contacted the seller about this issue? Our dealers are not allowed to sell on Ebay, so it's possible that they sold you something that is not working correctly.
