KPro not connecting to laptop or bluetooth

I’ve an 8th gen honda civic
K24 swapped
Kpro v4 prb ecu
Serial no: 51890

Car is on bolt ons and tuned past 1 year.
Running 1000cc fic high impedance injectors.

Past 2 days i’m not able to connect kpro to my laptop or via bluetooth to my mobile. Earlier it connected and use to disconnect when i would start the car, but now it never connects properly. Turns online and goes offline within 5 seconds.
Updated the software with 4.4.9, updated firmware but still cant find any solution. Tried it on another running car and it didnt work there. Kpro registered owner information has been missing, and kpro information shows issue with software version.

Tried three different laptops, cables. But still couldnt find any solution. Hope someone is able to help as i’m not getting any reply from the email support.



This is the screenshot of kpro information which shows weird software version and unknown ecu type. Also as it shows security enabled, i’m not able clear security or upload calibration.

8th generation Civic? Using a KPro? Assuming that is correct then it sounds like ECU and/or KPro damage from a wiring fault. Check the ECU/KPro in a known good vehicle and go from there.

Yes it was working correct from past 1 year. Its a dual ecu setup (r18a1 ecu and wiring for chassis, tsx wiring for kpro and engine) worked fine. Connected laptop and its having this issue after starting the car 4 days later.

Yes i checked another working board on my prb ecu and it works fine. Whats the procedure to get kpro repaired?

This is not supported and there is nothing we can do to assist with issues you are having.

Yes, if you've swapped the KPro and found it faulty then replace it. But we can't help you diagnosing whatever wiring solution you have come up with.
