Excessive Knock count

Hey guys, I'm in dire need of help, I'm new to Hondata Flashpro and i think I'm having issues with Knock counter.
Info on car:
2007 Honda civic SI sedan
181k miles
Flashpro (stock full tune and injen map)
Knock counters 20 driving normally with a pull
Knock counter 45 and over a 40 minute ride

I was playing with a few Map tunes and driving enjoying it before I get the car fully tuned and I've been noticing the Hondata has been picking up quite a bit of excessive Knock

I'm just worried I'm doing something wrong and I'm going to damage the engine

I flashed back to stock and drove up the road and back to test the knock, picked up 14 knocks just up the road. 4th gear half throttle (does pick up during WOT)

Is their something wrong or is this normal?

Any info would be appreciated please.

Just a note, I run 93 from Shell and always run full synthetic.

Without seeing exactly where the knock is occurring and how much ignition is in the table there it's hard to say what is going on exactly. Some knock is not a big deal, but if it all happens consistently in the same area it's good to work on lowering the ignition to remove the knock. It is common for the basemaps to have knock, it's very difficult to have one map that covers every car, some are so different from one to the other.

Do you have any actual datalogs you can post showing the knock?

Okay sounds good. Do you want some help tuning it in the mean time, or do you just want the knock removed and leave everything else alone?

Bottom line up front is your engine is not healthy.

1. Change your plugs and gap properly

2. Have your fuel injectors cleaned and flow tested

3. Perform a compression check

4. Perform a leak down test
