Overall it looks good for a start. Lots of knock again in the same areas, I really hope the plugs help out. I didn't see a clean third gear pull from 2500-8600, so I did what I could with the fueling from a 2-3 pull you did. Be sure to get those clean third gear pulls for us, especially now with the intake and a new setup calibration. Take this next one for a drive and we'll see how it looks. Should be really close though.

Looks good. Part throttle fueling was great, WOT fueling needed a little adjustment. Still had some knock, although it was only in two small areas, so it's better, but I still hope it gets better with the plugs. Take this one for a rip and we'll see how it looks. Same catalog and driving style. Oh, and try to datalog through the FlashPro if you can, instead of the recording on the laptop. The datalogs are a lot smoother when done through the FP itself.

Yes, you can still do everything on your surface, but press the "datalog" button on the FP to actually record the datalog on the FP. Then you can do whatever you normally do on the Surface to watch the data. Then upload and send me the datalog from the Flashpro internal memory. The Flashpro samples a lot faster per second than a laptop, so it makes it smoother to view than a computer datalog.

Simple and accurate answer thank you, man the k20 sounds like a k25 now bro so deep my buddy with a boosted f22 accord making 450 hp even said it felt like a tank, tunes honing in for sure and drivability is great

Haha, good to hear. The 3.5” intake definitely changes the way these things sound. Back in the day when I had my 8th gen, I put the Comptech intake on and it sounded good. Then I switched to the only 3.5” intake at the time and went oh s*** when I made the first pull. It definitely makes a difference. Once you do a header it will change the sound even more. Glad it’s working out. If the plugs calm the knock down we should be able to get some power back. We’ll keep workin’ on it.

Yeah you might as well throw one on when you do all that, no point in putting the stock manifold back on. I don't know of a ram horn one in the US, there might be some for k20s overseas, but nothing that would be a semi direct bolt on that I know of.

That datalog looked great. Only had one knock in part throttle, and that was it, which is good. Part throttle fuel trims look great, I made a couple half percent changes to the WOT fueling for this next one, and then I think we'll be there until you get the plugs in. Then we will put the ignition tables back in it from Rev10 and see if they helped or not.

Here is the next one. Same datalog and driving style.

One step forward two steps back, more knock is back as you know. Fuel wasn't too bad, I made a couple changes there and to the temp compensations to get it better as well. See how this one goes, then keep me in the loop on the plug install.
