2021 FK8 Boost Issue

Im working on a 2021 FK8 and im having a boost request problem, I cant get the boost to go above 255kpa, this is the first time doing a 2021 , was there any chance to the ECU vs the 2017-2019s I have done quite a few of those with no issues at all ,
I command more torque and got the boost to raise at high rpms ( that's after removing the egt limitation ) but not on the lower rpms even at 1000nm request torque commanded boost is always at 255kpa ,I try increasing Aircharge limit and also removed Turbo Max ratio with no luck, Mechanically everything is good with the car no leaks, what em I missing, I feel like there is a limiter.
