VTP as AC input switch

Post by dannybunny »

Hi guys

I got a question about the A/C switch, I just found my is PRC JDM Type R ECU don't have VTP input for A/C, what else I can use instead wire B9 VTP please? I want to get my A/C working, the Aircon switch is grounded every time I press the A/C button, but the JDM ECU don't have hardware to receive the signal from plug B pin 9.

The PRC does not have the circuitry to do what you are trying to do. You will need to use a PRB instead.

Thanks for the quick reply, so there is no other way to make the A/C work? Or can I add a relay or something to make it work please? Thank you
