Fitting S300 to a previously modified P28 ecu

We would like to convert a P28 ecu which is currently modified with Moates Demon 2 over to the Hondata S300, does anyone have experience of doing this or know what work might be involved?

It would have to be socketed with male pins to accept the s300.
