Calibration in the ECU is from an older version of KManager

Hello,
I am running into the warning message below. I tried going into the online menu --> tools -->download but nothing seems to download. Do I need to download an older version of KManager? I recently purchased this car so I do not have the original calibration file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What is the KPro serial number?

Then if the calibration is on the KPro you can download it from the KPro window Calibration tab.

The calibration may have been read protected, or the tuner may have deleted the stored calibration so that it cannot be downloaded. If that is the case, you will have to start with a new calibration.

im having the same issue my ecu is not read protected and i have deleted my old calibration and downloaded one from current software and i still get this message no matter what calibration i store the tune doesnt change either

Did you upload the new calibration to the ECU after opening it?

I don't have the current calibration with me. Previous owner did'nt know about anything

Then you will have to open a new calibration in the software. Click the New Calibration button and choose one from the list.

if you dont know what version your map file was done from your have to try a few old version's.. i had this problem from my ep3 days..
