HONDATA NOT READING SENSORS BUT ABLE TO UPLOAD CAL

new hondata v3 was installed to p75.its able to connect and upload calibrations but will not display any sensor readings.on board data logging is turned off. constant red flashing when plugged into laptop.rev limits at 3k(might be because vtec isn't currently connected so maybe in limp mode?)data logging says it records but it doesn't save.please help the ecu was done professionally .j12 is remoeved any help is appreciated

There is no communication between the S300 and ECU - it is the ECU or installation.

Was the ECU tested by the installer?

Yes !I had it the ecu running on the same car prior to Hondata

But did the installer test the s300 with the ECU to make sure it was working.

Yes it was tested and the compositors were good !

You may want to take the ECU back to him to test it again to make sure that it works with his test procedures.
