P0103 Error FK8

Getting a P0103 Error after CAI under heavy load. Goes into limp mode afterwards.

Attached is a datalog from when it occurred, and the calibration.

I'm digging into the hondata stuff but I'm pretty new so any input is much appreciated.

Hi Team, I have been getting this p-103 code after installing a spoon air filter it has happened twice now even after I cleaned the air mass sensor. It happened at the last 2 track days now . I have Stock tune with an HKS power editor ,
Is a faulty mass air flow sensor common?
Or am I at the stage where I need a hondata?

Spoon full exhaust
Spoon air filter drop in
PRL charge pipes
PWR intercooler
