Interesting I took a quick glimpse at it while I had the valve cover off it looked fine i will look again though. Any chance it could be that oring on the timing cover thats causing some oil pressure issues? I installed a gauge although it fluctuates alot I'm getting anywhere between 25 to 55 psi at 3000 rpm and from 10 to 18 psi at idle

Just an update found main bearings wore down 😒 but swapped bearings out oil pressure good, looking at previous logs looks like I had some high knock counts at one point.

IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM TOO REPLACED THE VTC GEAR AND VTC OIL PRESSURE ACTUATOR AND THE CODE STILL POP BACK UP RANDOMLY I HAVENT REPLACED THE VTEC SOLENOID AS YET BUT LOOKING TO DO THAT IF THATS THE PROBLEM ALSO IT WAS DOING THIS BEFORE I REPACE THE VTC GEAR AND ACTUATOR.
