Error During KManager Install

Getting the below error while trying to install KManager 4.4.6 on my Windows 10 laptop. Tried searching, coming up with nothing. I am running as admin. Tried installing 4.4.3 but the download link in the announcement thread just grabs version 4.4.6.

What processor does this laptop use?

It has an Intel I5-8365U.

After google searching for this error, it sounds like a problem within windows. You may need to contact Microsoft to resolve this issue.
