Super strange issue here, I think I have a bead on the issue but I wanted opinions.
Attached is a datalog from my car. Before the car fires up you can see that the TPS appears to read just fine, 0-99. (needs to be re-calibrated)
Once the car starts up however, the car surges badly under consistent throttle input, and the TPS appears to not read until it hits about 30% input. Does that indicate that the TPS is the issue here, or is there a second possible issue I'm missing.

It sounds like that TPS is bad and should be replaced.
