The datalog is just at idle with no error codes, but look at the short term fuel trim (+25%). It seems likely to be a lean misfire.

so what do I need to do for that? And do you need a datalog with driving time on it and it will code again if you need it.The mil started flashing each time it misfired.

if it's lean you need to add fuel where it is lean, use the wideband readings and make adjustments as needed.

What makes you think there is a problem?

Becuase #4 injector has 12V going to it from the time you turn the key on till you shut it off.All other injectors have .15 for 10 seconds then 0 till you crank the engine. That voltage is holding the injector closed all the time.I checked continuity from the injector clip to the pin in the ECU connector and its good so it has to be what controls the injector and thats the ECU!!
So whats the phone # so I can call!

Called Matt today and talked to him I will call him tomarrow and make arrangements to send my ECU back to you guys to have it checked.
I am not sure that there was ever a injector wiring problem.I did all the checks in the honda manual and it showed the wires to be ok and showed to change the ECU.I then proceded to remove the valve cover and looked at the cam and it looks great didnt see any issues there.Removed the spark plugs and they look ok. All cyclinders have great compression.I removed the injectors and rail and looked for a obstruction and nothing there.Swapped injectors around earlier and nothing.Swapped coil pac around earlier and nothing.Checked all the wiring from the injectors to the firewall and no cuts or melting. So now that I have the engine and electrical system apart I guess its time to send my ECU in. This car has never ran right since I got the ECU back from you people and I spent $860 for a ECU and have not even been able to drive my car since. The car is a 2005 with only 4000 miles on it so how many problems could it have?I know Matt said you people never make mistakes or have a ECU returned because of something you have done but come on shit happens.
I am still getting the P0304 #4 cyclinder misfire and its all the time not random. It misfires every time it trys to fire #4 cyclinder. The car just seem to start running better then I shut it off and 2 hours started back up and bam it was missing and has ever since.
I would hope your company would repair or replace the ECU if there is a issue with it.As I have never even got to use the car with the ECU.And to keep up your reputation.
Thanks Vern

The ECU generally either works perfectly or don't work at all; there is nothing in between. 99% of the ECUs sent back are either OK or have been damaged by vehicle wiring (eg melted parts). We'll look out for the ECU.
