Question: What happen to the values in smanager? Why are all my lower values back wards?
Shouldn't I be going the opposite way in the negatives?

Because people in the US insist on use the most backwards and illogical combination of pressure units. What you are seeing are inches vacuum absolute.
Go to settings and set the vacuum unit base to atmospheric. Or use absolute kPa for everything...
