smanager not driver not installer

with my old pc I have no problem but with the new I open the programs and I get the driver not installer message under the program again and nothing under the drivers and nothing happens

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Try restarting the laptop and then see if it will connect when the s300 is plugged in.

Also make sure that the ECU is plugged in to the vehicle and the ignition is in the on position.

In Smanager, click on Help, then update USB drivers.

If it works on one laptop, but not another, then there may be a problem with the installation of windows. Make sure you are logged into the laptop as an administrator.
