K-Pro CEL/MIL without error code and no datalogging

Greetings,

got this weird problem after 1 year of running K-Pro without any issue and without changing something recently. Suddenly got a MIL/CEL light and when I connect my laptop with K-Manager, I don't get any error code under Errors tab! Also when I try to datalogit, all sensors are frozen with some weird values and not refreshing at all.... the only sensor value showing properly is for the wideband connected to AN0. That is the only analog input I have BTW.

I have re-uploaded the calibration, erased ECU, loaded another calibration, disconnected the battery without success. Nothing changed. Checked the connections and ground points but all seem ok. Disabled flashing MIL for knock in case I get the MIL/CEL because of this, again no luck. Car is running fine although it seems to be in safe mode as it is richer than usual.

Is there any way to further troubleshoot this or is Hondata/ECU damaged?

- Toyota MR-S 2001 K-swapped with engine/ECU from a Civic Type R EP3 UK spec
- serial number of K-Pro 43826
- version of software being used 4.4.4.0
- ECU part number 37820-PRA-E13 and serial number 367425-4X15
- KManager version 4.4.4.0 build 669
- the calibration attached
- a datalog of a problem attached

As this was installed by Npart, you should contact them so that they can test this for you. The ECU may be damaged.

Apologies for my ignorance but who is Npart?

I got this used from Miltos Meletiadis who has registered it and sold it to me. So don't know all the background...

Npart doesn't exist anymore unfortunately. I frequently go at that shop/address for my RX7 tuning as Rotary Secret Garage is located now there along with Nfakar custom fabrications...

What other options do I have for this Hondata ECU?

Got it in touch with Nparts! They moved so had to do some digging around but Nikos replied and we will work on it...

For future reference in case you come across the same behavior and issue, this was indeed a Kpro problem.
