Does this coil pack controller look normal?

So I have only put about 150 miles on with the cpr kit and I now I recently had a misfire and now the car will not start at all. I have fuel but spark looks weak. I opened the box to look to see if everything looked ok but noticed the spot that is circled. Is that normal?

You appear to have had a wiring issue that has caused the chip to burn.
