08 R18z question on tunning

So just bought the flash pro , noticed not a ton of tunes for the R18 , and I believe why a lot of us 8th gen civic owners go through, I have a JDM 1.8 R18z motor, L8 cold air(eBay brand ) with spectr filter / Megan race header and full 60mm race car back exhaust from skunk , so I downloaded I think the wrong Map for the r18 , does anyone know what base map and where to go after that ???
