shift cut and Rev limits

For Sequential shift cut request IGN cut is it possible also Rev Limits?

is it possible make the software can pick cut fuel or cut ignition (including -% IGN table), now i'm using this fuel cut function feel the shift level pretty hard and a bit slow to reactive the power, compare to my friend's car same sequential box just different ecu with ignition cut it feel more soft easy to shift and the power it came back more faster every up shifting.
