k20a3 k-pro tuning problem

ok i have a 2002 civic si ep3
mods:rsx type r intake manifold
megan header
hondata intake gasket
70mm throttle body
megan exhaust no cat
2 resonators
2 1/2 cat back
apexi n1 muffler
rsx type r intake tube
open velocity stack
k-pro
solid motor mounts
when i first got my car w/only intake and bolt on muffler i did 153whp
now that i have this list i have not been able to get the numbers higher than 150whp its really wierd ive tried everything does anyone know the hp# i should be putting down?
