S300v3 red blinking light

Okay so i upgraded from my v1 to a v3 so i can run an AIM dash. my v1 has no problems connecting to my laptop. the v3 gives me red blinking light and wont do anything but let me see information about the v3 and download. it does say on the bottom left drivers installed and online but does not allow me to do anything.

software is 2.7.5.0

serial number is 47608

p28 obd1 ecu

ecu was socketed by burton racing.

I purchased the V3 From Rywire.

like i said my v1 works pefectly i can do everything on it. but when i switch to the v3 it acts like its not registered thats the only time ive seen this type of issue before. Ive tried to register it a couple of times. Lightening Bolt never Comes on with the v3. But does With my v1.

car is pretty built, it has a full rywire harness including chassis harness and pdm.

anyhelp would be great ive had my tuner look at it no luck he said to ask on here.

I just figured it out it seems like the new board is just a hair shorter so i kept missing the 4 pin connector on the hondata im a dumbass
