Diagnosing P0335, P0339 codes - 2017 FK8 + FlashPro

Hello, I am trying to diagnose and fix my 2017 CTR’s two codes causing limp mode, P0335 and P0339 for Crank Position Sensor.

Car specs:

2017 USDM FK8 CTR
15k miles
Hondata Fuel System Upgrade
Sirimoto Flex Fuel Kit
Full bolt-ons
FlashProManager version 3.6.2

After failing to fix it, I brought it into Honda, who had zero luck after replacing CKP sensor and confirming the timing pulley/teeth were also good.

Any insight is greatly appreciated, please let me know if a datalog of specific sensors could help diagnose the issue.

Then probably the wiring to the sensor has a break in it somewhere.

Thanks for the fast reply, Hondata! I will inspect for damaged wiring between the sensor and ECU.
