VTC lock greyed out when USB plugged in

Hi all, I'm trying to lock the VTC for tuning but its greyed out.

However its not greyed out when the USB cable is unplugged, as soon as i plug it in it goes grey immediately, even if the car is completely off

ECU is a Kpro3 running Kmanager 4.4.3
PRB calibration
ES3 Civic with a K24A3

Am i missing something?

Only available with the KPro4.

Surely not? All the other kpro4 specific settings will say so in brackets next to it. There's nothing there or the help menu that says so.

Being such an important function for tuning, how are you supposed to tune each table ? Must I set the entire cam table to one setting and then change them all again for the next increment?
