download calibration error kmanager crashes

Hi,

kmanager 4.4.3 build 1462

Kmanager will no longer download map from ECU. Kmanager shows an exception with an XML message and option to send error results to Hondata. However the UI/app becomes unresponsive and forces me to close the app (using task manager). Suggestions? Download beta (4.4.4)?
